We recently discovered Kevin's Automotive when our business work van broke down and needed a correct diagnosis and repair asap. Tammy was our first contact and was wonderful! They were able to figure out the problem and do the repair within a couple of days. Cost was very reasonable, and everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Took a problem and while my experience was rocky at first. I still want to give 5 stars for their reaction to the problem. While I commend them on first stating I didn’t need to repair what I brought it in for. I asked to still move forward with it. But I had to return it two More times due to the parts that were used were not good. Not their fault. But some cars just have to use OEM or name brand manufacturing. After the 3rd time I just said please use name brand and I’ll pay for it. I understand 99% of the cars can get by with generic name parts. But I just wanted to get my truck right And that’s where the 5 starts comes from. They did everything they could to get it right. And it’s finally the best the truck has driven since I’ve owned it. Customer service was spot on and they have gained me as a customer.

The best place for honesty. My car was very old and needed a lot of work and it felt like since the car had set-up so long, that things could break by removing the parts and one thing would lead to another and I would put "a lot" more money 💸 into it than what it would be worth. Thanks for your courageous honesty, and for not trying to earn a quick dollar 💵 off a hard-working man. If I get a better car 🚗 and need repair this will be the only place that I'll bring it. This is truely a gentleman's shop. I own a trucking company and we had a truck broke down on side on the interstate, so we were in a dyer situation. My mechanic had gone to fix our truck and, of course, the part we had wasn't totally correct. My mechanic went to Kevin's because he was the closest to where we were broke down. These guys listened to our situation and stopped and helped and fixed our part on the spot. Which helped us get truck off the side of a dangerous interestate. I can't share my appreciation enough for showing your concern for our situation and helping us get out of a dangerous situation. People are killed everyday from drivers not paying attention to vehicles broke down on the shoulder and giving them space. Again, guys at Kevin's, thumbs up for the help during a crisis.
